Rectus Capitus (cap it us) : dorsalis, lateralis, ventralis

 O: the processes and dorsal arch of C2-C5

I:  occipital bone

A:      dorsalis:  extends the poll, elevates the head, unilateral lateral flexion and rotation to the same side

Lateralis:  stabilizes the head bilaterally, unilateral lateral flexion and rotation to the same side

Ventralis:  flexes the poll, unilateral lateral flexion and rotation to the same side
