I have tried to compile information regarding each of these tools regarding price, efficacy, safety and profitability.  I have put that information into a chart here so you can look at your needs and hopefully make the best choice for your own investment.  Tools aren’t for everybody and many people have successful service businesses without using anything but their hands.  I only advise investing in these modalities if you believe they enhance the results you are having with specific clients or will provide a valuable revenue stream for your practice.  Just because others are doing it does not mean it will be a good fit for your needs.  In the past, I often rushed to scoop up the latest gadget, afraid that if I didn’t I would fall behind.  Over time, I have learned to value the technologies that have been there for the long haul and are backed by solid science and they continue to serve me well.  I wish you success in finding the tools that serve you!
