Welcome

We look forward to having you in an upcoming class.  The information on this page is designed to help you prepare for your first day of class.

You may also want to visit the library to purchase suggested reading to help prepare you for class.

School Maps

NOTE:  Please be aware that our mailing address (33404 Redmond-Fall City Rd.) is our administrative office only, we do not hold classes at our Fall City address.

To learn more about your class location, CLICK HERE and choose the city you wish to attend class in.  You can also click on ABOUT NWSAM on the homepage menu and select FACILITIES.  A list of each class location can be seen there.  Approximately one month prior to your class, you will receive a confirmation letter with any additional information or instructions you will need.

Accomodations

If you are traveling to a class location from out of town, you will need to make arrangements for accommodations.  Your program costs do not include transportation or lodging.  To assist you, we have listed hotels in cities that we have found to be in a good location with good service on our Facilities page.  Just choose the location of interest and scroll to the bottom of the page.  We also recommend that students traveling a distance who wish to share accommodations with other students post a message to the forum rooms requesting interested parties to contact them. We wish you a safe journey and look forward to seeing you in class!

The First Day

Please plan to arrive on time and ready to stay at the facility throughout the day.  Class begins with attendance taken promptly at 8:30am. We will have a brief stretching or meditation session to start the day. Class ends at 4:30pm.

Dress comfortably with appropriate footwear for an outdoor environment or barn.  You may wish to bring comfy slippers or shoes for in classroom and layers in case of inclement weather.  Be sure to bring all of your distance-learning materials with you.  Bring any medication or other items you might need over the course of the day with you.  Pets and guests are not allowed in class without prior arrangement.  Cell phones are to be turned off during class.

Each facility will have its own information regarding parking.  Please be aware that not all facilities have the same amenities.  We will make every effort to get specific information out to you prior to class.

Pleas DO NOT contact facilities directly.  A representative of NWSAM does not reside at each facility and many are busy with daily operations between classes.  If you have facility related question, please contact our administrative office at 425.222.3703 or email us at info@nwsam.com.  Thank You!
